Cancellation of a transaction will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741 – 1981 (hereinafter: “Consumer Protection Law”). In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this policy and the provisions of the law, the provisions of the law will prevail.
You can cancel a transaction, exchange a product, or receive a credit for a transaction made on the website or by phone with a representative, starting from the date of the transaction and up to 14 days from receipt of the product. The company may deduct cancellation fees of up to 5% of the product price or NIS 100, whichever is lower. In addition, the company may deduct the clearing fee and shipping fees, in accordance with the provisions of the law.
It is not possible to cancel a transaction or return a product whose original packaging the customer has opened, used, disassembled, and assembled, unless the customer has received the company's prior consent.
In the event of a transaction cancellation due to a defect, the customer will notify the company, which will inspect and, if necessary, arrange a time to collect the product. A refund will only be given after the product is returned to the company's warehouses.
If the product has already been delivered to the customer, the customer will be responsible for returning it to the company's warehouses. Cancellation of a transaction is conditional on the return of the original invoice; cancellation of a transaction without an original invoice will not be possible. It is agreed that the customer will be charged full shipping fees even if the product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to the customer. If the product has not yet been shipped, the customer will also be entitled to a credit for the shipping fees.
A refund, exchange or cancellation of a transaction will be considered valid only after receiving written confirmation or an electronic message from the Company.
The Company may cancel a transaction in cases of an error in the product price or description, a technical malfunction on the site, force majeure such as war, terrorism, etc., or if the product is out of stock. In this case, the Company may offer an alternative product of equivalent value.
The company and/or supplier will not be liable for any damage, including financial damage or allergic reaction to a component in the product. The customer is asked to use the product only for its intended purpose, read the product ingredients before use, and ensure that there is no known allergy.
A credit for a transaction will be valid for 6 months from the date of return. After that, the credit will not be honored. In the event of loss, theft, or damage to the credit, no new credit or compensation will be given.
