This sales site serves as an advertising site and virtual store and is owned by R.N.D. Topnail Ltd., C.P.: 514402601 (hereinafter: "Topnail").
Terms for using the site
Any person over the age of 18, who possesses a valid credit card from one of the credit companies operating in Israel and has an e-mail box on the Internet, may perform an action on the site.
Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site.

The price of products and deliveries may change from time to time at the sole discretion of Topnail. The determining price is the one that appears on the site when placing an order.
The variety of products and packages may change, but the product value will remain as shown on the site.
The products contain materials and components to which the purchaser or anyone who will consume them may be allergic. The purchaser is solely responsible for checking with Topnail the presence of such materials on his behalf and on behalf of the person for whom the product is intended.
Prices include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise. If a complaint is received regarding the product, the purchaser is entitled to contact Topnail in writing. It is agreed that Topnail will review the complaint and will be entitled to compensate the purchaser at its sole discretion.
The images on the site are for illustrative purposes only and are subject to change. All rights to the images and content appearing on the site are reserved solely by Topnail and may not be used in any way.
Shipments
Deliveries are made during the operating hours indicated below and by prior arrangement with the buyer. It is clarified that orders placed after 12:00 will not be made on the same day except in special cases and after prior arrangement, the shipping cost may change in such a case.
We undertake to send the order within 7 business days via courier service; the day the order is placed is not counted in the calculation.

A customer may cancel an order in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741 – 1981 (hereinafter: “Consumer Protection Law”).
Website security
Topnail is not responsible for typing errors made by website visitors when entering details as requested by the system.
Topnail will not be directly or indirectly responsible for any liability in the event that the purchase details are not recorded in the system and/or for any technical and/or other problem that prevents actions from being performed on the site.
Entering false information is a criminal offense and legal action will be taken against those who provide false information.
To secure the purchase process, the site transfers all credit card data using the SSL protocol to the server.
Topnail reserves the right to use the information provided by the purchaser for statistical analysis. The data will not personally identify the person performing the action.
Topnail will be entitled to send e-mails to the operators of the actions and contact them in writing or orally with any information regarding Topnail's actions and/or news, unless the purchaser notifies in writing that he is not interested in this.
Topnail does its best to arrive at a time convenient for the recipient, but if this is not possible, the shipment will be postponed to the next day.
